As the sun goes down and the ghouls and goblins come out to play, there’s a 70% chance of showers with temperatures expected to dip into the mid-50s. “Low pressure moving across the region will then generate a few waves of rain this evening to early Tuesday,” Storm Team4 Meteorologist Chad Merrill said.
A Southwest wind will also blow through during peak trick-or-treating hours.
