Toll Brothers: Fiscal Q3 Earnings Snapshot

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. (AP) — FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. (AP) — Toll Brothers Inc. (TOL) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $280.1 million.

The Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of $2.97 per share.

The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $2.90 per share.

The home builder posted revenue of $2.66 billion in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $2.6 billion.
