Trump says he has directed release of ‘unredacted’ transcript of call with Ukrainian leader in which he discussed Biden

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — President Donald Trump says he has directed the release on Wednesday of the “unredacted” transcript of his July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.

Trump has acknowledged that he discussed former Vice President Joe Biden in the call.

Trump tweets Tuesday that “You will see it was a very friendly and totally appropriate call. No pressure.”

Trump’s reference to Biden on the call raised questions about whether the president improperly used his office to pressure another country as a way of hurting one of his chief Democratic rivals.

On Monday, it was reported that Trump had ordered his staff to freeze nearly $400 million in aid to Ukraine a few days before a phone call with Zelenskiy

The call is at the center of an intelligence whistleblower complaint.

Depression is a growing problem among American teenagers, and a group of researchers at Dartmouth College have found a novel way to help reduce it: playing a video game. The game is called PlaySmart and it works by giving players real-life scenarios to navigate “and then they have the opportunity to interact and choose healthy options or unhealthy options," said Caroline Barry, who is on the team at Dartmouth that developed PlaySmart. "If they choose unhealthy options, it takes them down a track with more severe consequences.” The game is, in some ways, like rehearsing for complicated situations that a teenager might face at home or at school "without the severe consequences of real life," she said.
