2 separate DC shootings leave 1 dead, another wounded

WASHINGTON — One person is dead and another is wounded after two separate shootings throughout D.C. Friday morning.

A shooting in Northeast that happened around 4 a.m. near the intersection of 4th and Adams Streets left one man dead.

Another man was shot in Southeast, around the 3200 block of 4th Street. Police say the man was conscious and breathing.

Police are looking for a silver sedan connected to the incident.
