Titans agree to terms with CB Marc Anthony

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with cornerback Marc Anthony and waived as injured rookie receiver Josh Stewart.

The Titans announced the moves Wednesday. Terms of Anthony’s deal were not released.

The 5-foot-11 Anthony was a seventh-round selection in the draft last year by Baltimore. Waived at the end of training camp, Anthony spent the 2013 season on Tampa Bay’s practice squad and was cut by the Buccaneers last week. He was a three-year starter at cornerback at California where he had five career interceptions.

Stewart was one of 39 early entrants who went undrafted. He said later he expected to be drafted between the fourth and seventh rounds and made the decision to leave Oklahoma State early.
