FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Several Virginia counties are under a winter storm warning until 1 p.m. Monday.
The National Weather service issued the warning for the following counties:
- Albemarle
- Orange
- Spotsylvania
The cities of Fredericksburg and Charlottesville are included.
Up to 4 to 6 inches of snow could accumuluate and winds could gust up to 20 mph, the National Weather Service says.
A winter storm warning means conditions are expected or occurring, and that significant amounts of snow could make travel dangerous.
