Jays’ Rasmus leaves game with sore hamstring

TORONTO (AP) — Blue Jays outfielder Colby Rasmus has left Monday’s game against the Los Angeles Angels after six innings with tightness in his right hamstring.

Rasmus left after grounding out to second base for the second out of the sixth. Jose Bautista moved from right to center, Steve Tolleson went from second to right, Brett Lawrie moved from third to second and Juan Francisco came in at third, batting in Rasmus’ spot.

Rasmus went 0 for 3 against Angels left-hander C.J. Wilson, dropping his average to .222. He has nine home runs and 19 RBIs.
