Dunn gets 1st start for WSox since calf injury

CHICAGO (AP) — White Sox slugger Adam Dunn is back in the lineup after he missed a game with a bruised right calf.

Dunn was scratched from Tuesday night’s 5-1 victory over the crosstown Cubs. He pinch-hit in the eighth inning and grounded out. Then he sat out when the White Sox beat the Cubs 8-3 on Wednesday night.

Dunn is the designated hitter and batting fourth for the series finale against the Cubs. He was batting .269 with five homers and 12 RBIs coming into the day.
