Bonnie Lewin Dies After Being Hit By Car – Well-known Chevy Chase real estate agent Bonnie Lewin died Sunday at the age of 65, after being hit by a car while crossing the street in New York City on April 30. Lewin was in New York as a member of the board of trustees for the Tikkun Olam Women’s Foundation of Greater Washington and was involved in a number of other charitable causes, including the annual Back to School Classic each fall in Somerset. County Scores First Office Tenant With New Incentive Program – Landover-based L-Soft International, an online marketing firm, will be the first company to take part in Montgomery County’s new office lease assistance program aimed at small firms. The company has about 15 employees. Montgomery County will pay L-Soft almost $20,000 to move to a 4,900-square-foot office at 7550 Wisconsin Ave., the refurbished office building downtown that has sat mostly vacant.
