WASHINGTON — A New York penthouse up for sale has a 1,500-square-foot terrace, a TV in the bathroom mirror and a well-known owner — Marv Albert.

The sportscaster’s Lincoln Square duplex penthouse is on the market for $16.5 million, The Real Deal reports.

Buy it and you might hear some good music. Timothy B. Schmit, bass player for the Eagles, lives in the building at 150 Columbus Ave. and West 67th Street, The Real Deal says.
