Johnson & Johnson is voluntarily recalling about 574,000 bottles of its grape-flavored liquid infant Tylenol after parents complained about problems with the dosing system, reports Reuters.

The product being recalled is Infants’ TYLENOL Oral Suspension in the 1 oz. bottle.
