Police investigate stabbing of two women, one fatal in Landover

WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County Police are investigating an early morning fatal stabbing Landover, Maryland, on Monday.

Officers were called to 75th Avenue near the intersection with Landover Road at about 3 a.m  for what they describe as “a cutting.”  They arrived to find two women suffering from stab wounds.  One of them was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  The other was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police tell WTOP that a suspect is still at large. No other information is available at this time.
