An overturned dump truck on the River Road ramp to the Beltway inner loop has the ramp closed Thursday morning.

MCFRS Assistant Chief and spokesperson Scott Graham tweeted the info at 11:34 a.m. The truck is also spilling fuel, according to scanner traffic. A hazmat unit has been called to the scene.

Expect the ramp to be closed for a while and delays nearby.
