SILVER SPRING, Md. – A dad worried about his children took to the street to show how serious the problem of cars passing school buses is.

Andrew Cohen, 37, tells the Silver Spring Patch there needs to be more respect for the school bus stop sign.

The Montgomery County Council is considering legislation to install external cameras on its 1,200 school buses to catch offenders.
