WASHINGTON– At least one and most likely two NFL teams are moving to Los Angeles.

League owners voted 30-2 for the St. Louis Rams to relocate to L.A. and the San Diego Chargers have the option to join them later, sharing a new stadium in Inglewood, California.

The Raiders withdrew their bid to relocate and will remain in Oakland.

Los Angeles has not had an NFL franchise since 1995.
