WASHINGTON – For some parents, sending their kids back to school could be filled with anxiety or even sadness.

But for one Massachusetts mother, the start of the academic year was something to celebrate.

After seeing the school bus depart, Tracy Moutafis busted a move in the middle of the street. See the video below:
