Griffin wants more staff to handle Fairfax Co. development

Fairfax County needs to hire additional staff to manage the workload associated with redevelopment in Tysons Corner, County Executive Anthony Griffin told the Board of Supervisors, FairfaxTimes.com reported.

County staff is struggling to process about 15 major land-use applications that have been filed in Tysons while also attending to the other land-use and development needs of the county.
