DPS seeking Md. man who illegally left home detention

WASHINGTON — The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is looking for a 22-year-old man who they say illegally left his residence, where he was under home detention.

Officials last made contact with Luis Sosa at 2 p.m. Wednesday, when he called DPS to ask about changing his residence. A little while later, an alert notified officials that Sosa had illegally left his residence, according to a news release.

DPS agents canvassed his residence and neighborhood, but have not found Sosa.

Sosa is described as having black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is located in the 700 block of Highvilla Road in Baltimore. He was being held under home detention on drug related offenses, according to a release.
