WASHINGTON – Gas prices are really starting to rise again. WTOP’s gas survey shows the average price of a gallon of regular is now $3.46, up 8 cents from a week ago.

Mid grade increased 7 cents to $3.57 a gallon. Premium is up 9 cents — to $3.69. Diesel inched up a penny to $3.90 a gallon.

The average for regular fuel this week is the same in Maryland and Virginia at $3.26 a gallon, compared to the $3.51 in the District.
