Man killed in single-vehicle crash in Prince George’s Co.

WASHINGTON — A  man was killed Thursday in a single-vehicle crash in Prince George’s County, Maryland, police said.

The incident happened at around 4:45 a.m. in Capitol Heights, at Walker Mill and Silver Hill roads.

According to police, Robert Williams Jr., 56,  of Clinton, was driving an SUV north on Walker Mill when he lost control on a right-hand curve, struck a curb and rolled the vehicle over.

Williams died at the scene of the crash, police said.

Detectives were still investigating what caused Williams to lose control of the SUV.
