D.C. residents can apply for pot card

WASHINGTON – Apply now for marijuana.

The District’s Department of Health has released the patient application form for a medical marijuana card.

Qualified applicants who also have a doctor’s recommendation can then legally go to the soon-to-open dispensaries in the city.

“D.C.’s medical marijuana program is for people with serious illnesses,” says Scott Morgan, a spokesman for Capital City Care.
