WASHINGTON – It took more than 100 firefighters to get a massive fire under control Thursday afternoon at Goad Lumber in Hughsville, Md.

The Charles County Volunteer Firemen’s Association says three buildings at the lumber yard were fully engulfed in flames around 1 p.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
