Historic Georgetown post office set to be sold

D.C. real estate developer EastBanc has penned a contract with the U.S. Postal Service to buy its historic Georgetown branch, worth more than $4.5 million, the Washington Examiner reported.

The post office will continue to operate at the site, says the firm’s president, Anthony Lanier.
