WASHINGTON — The first mansion Donald Trump bought in Greenwich, Connecticut can now be yours — for the low, low price of $54 million.
According to Top Ten Real Estate Deals, back in 1982 with his first wife, Ivana, for $10 million. At the time, Ivana was remodeling the Plaza Hotel, and used a lot of the same materials to decorate the home. The couple divorced in 1991 and Ivana won the mansion in the settlement.
In 1998, she sold the nearly 20,000 square-foot home for $15 million. The new owners renovated in 2000, adding several amenities, such as a tennis court, guest suits, a lap pool and a sauna. They also added 4,000 square feet to the estate.
The house has been on the market since March, according to Business Insider.
The home has eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It sits on 5.8 acres of waterfront property on a peninsula surrounded by the Long Island Sound.
