Outer Loop reopened after serious accident

WASHINGTON – A serious accident that shut down the Outer Loop of the Beltway just before Connecticut Avenue has been cleared and the Beltway is now open.

Montgomery County Fire’s public information officer Scott Graham tweeted that two people had life threatening injuries, three have serious injuries and one has minor injuries.
