D.C. grades its agencies based on social media comments

WASHINGTON – The D.C. government wants to know what you’re saying about its services.

The government is paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to gather comments on Facebook, Twitter and other social media.

The feedback is being used to give agencies grades.

The Wall Street Journal reports the residents gave the Department of Motor Vehicles a “B” grade in November.

You can see the grades at grade.DC.gov.
