Investigators ask for help identifying woman in Waldorf homicide investigation (Photos)

WASHINGTON — Detectives in Charles County, Maryland are asking for help identifying a woman in connection to the investigation of a fatal shooting in a Waldorf McDonald’s parking lot last month.

Prince George’s Police Officer Richard Conway and his mother, Caroline Conway, are both charged with first degree murder after a possible child custody dispute that led to a shooting on May 20.

Caroline Conway is accused of shooting and killing her former daughter-in-law’s new husband, 25-year-old Robert Mange. Twenty-four-year-old Krystal Mange, Richard Conway’s ex-wife, was shot in the back and survived.

The estranged couple has two young children.

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is now asking for help identifying a woman seen in surveillance photos. Investigators say the woman is not a suspect, but say they would like to contact her.

If you know the woman’s identity, you’re asked to call detectives at 301-609-6515.
