Water spout forms near Cobb Island, Md.

WASHINGTON – A water spout near Cobb Island in Charles County, Md. was caught on video and posted to YouTube by a user who saw it.

WJLA reports that the spout, which formed Sunday afternoon during a county-wide tornado warning, was captured on camera by several people.
