WASHINGTON — There are a lot of people buying houses in our area, which is a good thing for the housing market and the economy.

But with more people looking to buy, homes are going for more money and that leaves some potential homeowners backing out of the home-buying game.

WTOP’s Mike Murillo spoke to Ron Sitrin with Long and Foster about how the influx of buyers is influencing the market.
