Vienna-based Navy Federal Credit Union will nearly double the size of its customer call center in Winchester, Va., choosing Frederick County for the expansion over Florida.

Navy Federal will make a multi-million dollar investment to expand its member service operation, adding 400 new jobs and building a second facility there. Its existing facility, opened in 2006, now has 500 employees.
