Lost your phone? Google it

WASHINGTON – We all lose our phones from time to time, but if yours is an Android, it just got easier than ever to find.

The website for NBC’s TODAY reports that you can now type “find my phone” into Google, and a map with your phone’s location will come up. And you can sound the ringtone if you want.

As the site says, you need the latest Google app on your phone, and your phone and computer both have to be signed into the same Google account. Not too high a price to pay for such as easy fix to a common problem.
