WASHINGTON – The Washington Animal Rescue League needs ice to keep the dogs and cats cool.

The agency also needs towels to keep them comfy, and gasoline to keep the generators running. That’s because the League lost power and is struggling to keep all those dogs and cats cool.

Because the power’s out, they can’t answer phone calls. To find a location to drop off needed supplies, go to the league’s website.
