WASHINGTON — Rick Perry’s campaign may have taken a major nosedive during Wednesday night’s debate — at least, that’s what folks on Twitter seem to think.

Perry’s gaffe came when he declared if elected president he would eliminate three government agencies.

“When I get there, they’re gone,” he said.

Then, he listed the agencies, “Commerce, education, and, ummm, ummm, and the, ah, what’s the third one there? Let’s see, ummmm. …”

During the 53-second clip, Perry is unable to recover from the gaffe and never names the third agency.
