6-year-old girl shot in D.C.

WASHINGTON — A 6-year-old girl has been shot in D.C. and police are looking to the public for help.

Around 6 p.m.  on Tuesday police were called to the 3400 block of 22 Street SE and found the girl. Her injuries aren’t life threatening and she’s been hospitalized.

Police are looking for the suspect and ask that anyone with information call 202-727-9099 or text 50411. There is a reward of up to $1,000.
