WASHINGTON — Police in D.C. are seeking the public’s help finding a 13-year-old boy.

Julio Bouknight was last seen on the 4200 block of 4th Street SE on Thursday March 12.

Julio is black with a medium complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 103 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a polo shirt with a McKinley Tech logo on the left side, tan pants, black jacket and blue/brown boots.
