WASHINGTON — D.C. police arrested a Maryland woman suspected of recording an underage victim without consent.

On Dec. 1, Krisha Garris, 23, of Temple Hills, Maryland, used a cellphone to record the victim who was partially undressed, a police statement said.

NBC Washington reported that the incident happened in a school bathroom in the 1900 block of Independent Avenue Southeast.

Garris was charged with voyeurism.
