Perry leads Northern Arizona past Weber St. 29-22

OGDEN, Utah (AP) — Jordan Perry threw two touchdown passes to help Northern Arizona overcome an early 22-point deficit and beat Weber State 29-22 on Saturday.

Jadrian Clark ran for a 7 and 20-yard touchdown, and Bo Bolen ran for an 8-yard score and Weber State jumped out to a 22-0 first quarter lead. Perry answered with a 2-yard touchdown pass to Patrick Baldenegro midway through the second quarter. Corbin Jountti ran for a 14-yard score and Perry connected with Beau Gardner on a 15-yard strike to knot it 22-22 at halftime.

Nick Butier bullied in from the 1 with 6:12 to play in the third quarter to cap the comeback for Northern Arizona (6-3, 4-1 Big Sky).

Clark led Weber State (0-9, 0-5) to the Lumberjack 8 and 23 late in fourth quarter, but both drives stalled with incomplete passes on fourth down.
