Biggest questions for the NBA season

WASHINGTON — As offseasons go, the NBA’s was about as tumultuous and drama- filled as any league has seen in a while. Between landscape-altering free agent signings, blockbuster trades and crippling injuries, this seasons’ standing may look quite different than last year’s.

[related_gallery align=”right”]And yet, some things never change. The Spurs are still the Spurs. The West will be brutal once again. Many of the top teams in the East will remain so. The Philadelphia 76ers will, once again, be atrocious.
