Grain mixed, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was unchanged at $4.9150 a bushel; Dec corn was 1 cent higher at $3.3350 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.5050 a bushel; while Nov soybeans lost 3.25 cents to $9.39 a bushel.

Beef and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle was .45 cent higher at $1.6675 pound; Nov feeder cattle was 1.73 cents higher at 2.4200 a pound; Dec lean hogs gained 1.23 cents to $.9710 a pound.
