NORTON, Va. (AP) — A Virginia woman faces charges of kidnapping her three children.

The Wise County Sheriff’s Office tells media outlets that 50-year-old Lisa Cantrell of Pound was found with the children in West Virginia on Saturday. She is being held at the South Central Regional Jail in Charleston, West Virginia, awaiting extradition.

A warrant charging Cantrell with kidnapping was issued Thursday.

Police say Cantrell is believed to have taken her 17-year-old son, 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old daughter from the children’s father on Wednesday. The father has custody of the children.
