WASHINGTON – The youngest member of Mensa was visibly nervous on the “Today” Show Friday morning.

Emmelyn Roetteger, a 3-year-old with an IQ of 135, demonstrated that she is adorable and brilliant before stating on the morning talk show, “my tummy hurts,” and “I have to poop.”

It was an uncomfortable moment for those on-air and for viewers, but another reminder, ahead of this weekend’s holiday, of the strength of motherhood.
