WASHINGTON — ISIS supporters are calling for the killing of Twitter employees, including founder Jack Dorsey, for the deleting and blocking of the terrorist organization’s social media accounts.

The post, written in Arabic, features an image of Dorsey with cross-hairs superimposed over his face. It was uploaded to JustPaste, a site which allows anonymous postings.

“Your virtual war on us will cause a real war on you,” reads the post.

Buzzfeed first reported the threat.

“You started this failed war,” the post says. “We told you from the beginning it’s not your war, but you didn’t get it and kept closing our accounts on Twitter, but we always come back.”

Twitter, along with YouTube, has moved quickly to delete posts and suspend accounts showing ISIS videos which include the executions of hostages.

The Sunday message called on ISIS sympathizers to attack the social media company.

“For the ‘individual jihadi’ all over the world, target the Twitter company and its interests in any place, people, and buildings, and don’t allow any one of the atheists to survive,” the posting reads.

A spokesman for Twitter says, “Our security team is investigating the veracity of these threats with relevant law enforcement officials.”
