Grain mixed, beef and pork higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery fell 8.50 cents to $5.55 a bushel; Dec corn was 1 cent lower at 3.6375 a bushel; Dec oats were 4.50 cents higher at $3.4675 a bushel; while Nov soybeans rose 7.75 cents to $10.32 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle rose 1 cent to $1.5242 a pound; Oct feeder cattle was 2.10 cents higher at $2.1882 a pound; while Oct lean hogs gained 1.75 cents to $.9987 a pound.
