CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — Time is running out to apply for federal disaster loans in areas of West Virginia and Virginia that were hit by flooding on June 12.

The U.S. Small Business Administration says the deadline to apply for physical property loans is Sept. 29.

The low-interest loans are available in Loudon County, Virginia, and in Berkeley, Hampshire, Jefferson, Mineral and Morgan counties in West Virginia.

Homeowners can apply for loans to repair or replace real estate and personal property. Renters can seek loans to repair or replace personal property.

Loans are available for businesses and nonprofits to repair or replace real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory and other business assets.

The deadline to apply for economic injury disaster loans is April 30, 2015.
