Cano leaves game in 3rd inning

BOSTON (AP) — Seattle second baseman Robinson Cano has left Sunday’s game against the Red Sox due to dizziness in the bottom of the third inning.

Cano, who started the inning at second, walked off the field with manager Lloyd McClendon and was replaced by Brad Miller.

The Mariners said he would be evaluated by a doctor.

Boston leads 5-3.
