WASHINGTON – A 53-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a D.C. Rite Aid last Friday.

Charges are pending against Ricky Vinston, who police say walked into a Rite Aid on the 1400 block of Rhode Island Avenue on April 15, announced he was robbing the store, then shot an employee in the back.

The store manager suffered critical injuries, police say.
