Grain higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept delivery rose 9.25 cents to $5.3725 a bushel; Dec corn was 3.75 cents higher at 3.7350 a bushel; Dec oats were 1.75 cents higher at $3.3325 a bushel; while Nov soybeans advanced 9.25 cents to $10.56 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle rose .80 cent to $1.4735 a pound; Sep feeder cattle was .50 cent lower at $2.1305 a pound; while Oct lean hogs fell 2.15 cents to $.9525 a pound.
