ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted a Maryland man with a long criminal history on charges of kidnapping and assaulting a female judge with whom he was living.

The grand jury on Thursday handed down a 10-count indictment against 24-year-old Rickley J. Senning.

Senning is charged with kidnapping and assaulting 53-year-old Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Audrey Creighton in May following a domestic dispute.

Senning also is charged with false imprisonment, drunken driving and stealing Creighton’s 2011 BMW.

He is being held on $500,000 bond.
