JetBlue flash sale offers fares down to $34

WASHINGTON – You’d have to make plans fast, but one airline is offering ridiculously cheap flights through the end of the day Wednesday.

JetBlue is offering fares as low as $34 one-way on certain flights on its website through midnight Wednesday night only.

Of course, there are catches: The travel has to happen between Dec. 1 and next March 9; the fares are only available for flights taken between Mondays and Thursdays, and the deal is blacked out for travel between Dec. 16 and Jan. 1, next Jan. 16 and next Feb. 18-20. And not all the flights are that cheap.

From the D.C. area, destinations covered under the deal include Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando, Fort Myers and Tampa, Florida; Charleston, South Carolina; Hartford, Connecticut; Boston; Nassau, The Bahamas; and San Juan, Puerto Rico, all from Reagan National Airport.

The sale also applies to flights from Dulles Airport to Boston and New York City, and from BWI-Marshall Airport to Boston, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale.
