Va. girl, 4, found; Amber Alert canceled

UPDATE 6:07 a.m. 11/15/2016: The Virginia State Police say Annabelle Richardson and her abductor were found in Gloucester County, New Jersey, and the Amber Alert has been canceled.

WASHINGTON — An Amber Alert was issued Monday evening for a 4-year-old police say was abducted in southern Virginia.

The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Annabelle Doretha Hope Richardson, 4, who was likely abducted by 24-year-old Dylan James Richardson in Charlotte County, Virginia, on Nov. 9 around 5 p.m., authorities say.

They may be traveling in a 1995 burgundy Chevy van with Virginia license plates VMG2332 toward New Jersey, police said.

The child is described as 3 feet tall and 22 pounds with green eyes and blond hair. Richardson is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and 140 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
